Blessed Biz Academy sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Digital Delivery

All ebooks, PDFs, templates, and online courses are delivered instantly via:

  • Download link on the checkout confirmation page

  • Email sent to the address you provide at purchase

Delivery is instant but may take up to 5 minutes depending on email provider speed.

Issues With Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product within 10 minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Ensure your email address was entered correctly

  3. Contact us at support@blessedbizacademy.com

We will re-send your files manually if necessary.

Wrong Email Address

We are not responsible for customer errors (such as entering the wrong email).
If this happens, email us with proof of purchase, and we will update the email and re-deliver your product.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, we do not:

  • Ship physical goods

  • Offer physical delivery

  • Provide tracking numbers

All sales are final in accordance with our Refund Policy.
